Me, my wife and my 3 yr old boy love it here. We got quite often and it is a great place to teach about animals. Admission isn't too pricey and the food is reasonably priced too. Activities every hour and holding the animals is amazing. Highly recommended for a family day out, easily can spend hours there. ☺

You know, Pennywell farm is a brilliant place. The staff are superb, super friendly, and very helpful. The farm itself is a fantastic place, and I would recommend it to anyone. There is plenty to do for the kids in the way of play equipment, events, and animals. It is however, just way too expensive for it's size, and the... More

We visited for February half term with children aged 1.5, 3 & 6. What a great entertaining day for all. It was lovely that the children could get close to and hold if they wanted so many animals all day. There was plenty of activities for the children to see and great for them to be able to bottle feed... More

We had a fabulous day out at Pennywell Farm with our 4 year old and 3 year old twins. They loved feeding the animals, collecting eggs, cuddling the tea cup pigs, pony rides, and watching the pig racing. The adults had a fabulous time also. Not to be missed!

Thanks for the 5 star review. We're particularly impressed that you managed to enjoy the day so much with four children under 5! Sounds as though we managed to keep you all entertained though which is great to hear. Hope to see you again soon. More

Great staff, animals well looked after. The entire experience is lovely every time we visit. The facilities are great and there's even plenty of opportunity to wash your hands as you travel around since you're coming into contact with animals.

This is the perfect place for a family outing and is excellent for children. I don't have any children myself, but I love pigs and therefore jumped at the chance to be able to have piglet cuddles (seriously, the best experience, EVER) even if you just go for the piggy cuddles, it's worth it.

i ATTENDED THE NATIVITY PLAY HERE WHILST AWAY WITH A COACH HOLIDAY IN TORQUAY OVER CHRISTMAS. I attended the nativity play whilst away in torquay over the christmas holidays. The children that attended were totally unrehearsed and the gentleman that commentated and looked after the children was brilliant. There was a carol service before hand, and a donkey and lambs... We visited on Tuesday morning for the special nativity event. Tickets easily booked in advance. It's certainly not the cheapest but I'd highly recommend you spend the money for this once a year treat. Staff were kind, patient, helpful & really full of Christmas joy and spirit. The nativity was well organised & executed-amazing considering unrehearsed children and live animals take part!... More

We attended the nativity on Saturday afternoon and it was magical. All the children took part and loved the sheep and donkey being involved in the nativity scene. Singing carols in a barn brought the real meaning of Christmas alive and we all really enjoyed it. It was busy but limited numbers kept it intimate without huge queues. The children... More

Thank you for such a lovely review. We always get great reviews for our Christmas Nativities, it makes all the hard work getting the Farm ready for Christmas worth it. Although Father Christmas is a very busy man, he always has that extra time with the children that visit us during December! More
