Visited on a dreary Devon day, when the rain was lashing down. It was quite simply amazing. The 'The Deeds ' (simplist) was dastardly, and the 'Templars secret service' out foxed us. However we (a group of 4) laughed constantly throughout, and the time slipped away leaving us frustrated at failing, but so very glad we chose to visit. The respective rooms were so well created and authentic to the theme, and the host was constantly in character and very accommodating to us novices. I would recommend Trapped wholeheartedly, and thank them for creating a new found pass time for us all.

We've been to a few escape rooms before but this is by far the best one we've tackled. The room/s were so authentic, visually and audibly, it really felt like we were back in WW2. The puzzles were well thought out and although we didn't get out in time, we had so much fun trying. We can't wait to go back and attempt the others. Thank you for a really excellent experience!

Brilliant fun! My nephew and I were both newbies and wasted quite a bit of time at the beginning. Dan was very good, staying in character but not giving too much away. The time just flew by. I heartily recommend

We had a great time here. The escape room was set up fantastic with a great host who played character very well. We didn't get to complete it (although we was close after quiet a few hints!!) but the host showed us the last few steps so we didn't miss anything. Highly recommended. We will return when in the area again. Thanks

This was my first time trying an escape room and even though we didn't make it out in time it was a great experience. The intricate room design and puzzles really immerse you. I would recommend it to anyone who likes puzzles.

The best escape rooms around. So cleverly done and a great day out! Can't recommend enough. Crystal maze eat your heart out ..Also can't wait to go back and do our third with you guys Xx

For me this was as good as it gets for a fun family activity. The 'Mission' was brilliantly constructed with an exceptionally high level of detail... The theme and the challenges were cunning and a real test of our observational skills and lateral thinking but also achievable without being easy! The physical and technical layout of the rooms were also really impressive, I felt totally immersed in the narrative and loved the use of all the props and technical wizardry. I cannot recommend the trapped escape rooms highly enough, the owner has done a fantastic job and I can't wait to go back again!

My partner and I had never tried an escape room, but his 21 year old son visiting us in Devon from New Zealand had done a few. It was brilliant, really good fun, and not all codes and « crystal maze » type stuff, but logic. We failed to escape, but it was really good. If you’re stuck for something to do on a holiday visit to Dartmoor. Book it, you will have fun

My wife and I with our two kids aged 11 and 13 had a brilliant time and just managed to escape 'The Deeds' with 2 seconds to go. Very atmospheric and imaginative rooms with challenging, beautifully thought out puzzles to solve. We were all thoroughly absorbed in the story throughout. Can't recommend it enough. We hope to go back very soon to try another escape experience.

Hands down THE best escape room we’ve ever done. The theming and staging was incredible and Dan kindly showed us the last few stages needed yo escape which really showed the attention to detail he has put into the game. A big thank you to him for adjusting our booking when I’d accidentally chosen the wrong date! Will be back again to try the other rooms.
