A lovely place to look out to Sea, walk the dog and enjoy the wonderful history. A must and you can keep walking as we did to Budleigh Salterton approx 2hrs

Always walk up to this beacon point when we are in Exmouth. Outstanding views of the surrounding area and coastline. Just breathtaking.

Was a lovely 30 min walk. Beautiful views and you got to learn a lot about the rocks through the years . The Jurassic coast as a whole was impressive .

I regularly walk from my house to orcombe point approximately 4 miles return. One you get to walk along the lovely seafront, two at orcombe point you get great views out to sea as far as bury head and dawlish Warren is easy to see....More

Did this walk on a roastingly hot day, really enjoyed it & also the superb & very welcome strawberry icecream from the hut at the bottom of the steps.

One of my favourite places in Exmouth. Love coming up here when the sun is just about to set to get great views of the setting sun across the water.

Good walk either from Exmouth or sandy bay. Some interesting geology. The point marks the start of the Jurassic coast.

If you get to the Geo-needle,opened by Prince Charles, check if the mistake in the description of Nelsons wife has been corrected.Someone fouled up and did not do history at school. Good walk here from the top of the zig-zag path above Orcombe point. All...More

Not an arduous walk from the far end of Exmouth Beach up to the point. Maybe an hour if you stroll, but to the ardent walker possibly no more than 30 minutes. The views are excellent, and the point itself well thought out. The geological...More
