Fabulous place to visit, the house tour is a must, very informative and interesting. Stroll around the garden at your own leisure. Had tea and cake in the sawmill cafe and have to say we had the most delicious carrot cake ever.

Ok visit to well laid out landscaped garden. Beautiful location. £6 per head special offer just about value for money. Cafe let down by disposable cups for a venue trying and priced to be at a level above this.

After a coffee in the Sawmill cafe we spent the best part of two hours exploring the gardens, arboretum, and woodland walk. We were pleasantly surprised at how neat the gardens were, and there was still plenty of colour even in mid September. I agree...More

We came here with a TravelZoo voucher which was an exceptional deal but, honestly, I would be happy to pay the full price (£13 per adult for house and garden) because it was such a great experience. It is always the staff who make a...More
