Shop staff were smiling and helpful but our tour guide couldn't rein in his own enthusiasm to suit our mixed age group. A bit less technical info would have kept us interested for longer?

Really informative tour, and the group was small enough to feel fully involved. Very generous tasting at the end - be warned!

- Excellent first impressions thanks to professional and knowledgeable assistance from Pete and Jamie in the brewery store, resulting in a successful visit! - FYI I believe the tours are active from Easter to late October (half term).

With a friend we had an excellent tour of Palmers Brewery recently. A good one and half hours of interesting instruction followed by 2 glasses of their wonderful beers. Strongly recommended.
