Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having done numerous Go Ape experiences with my kids (aged 8 and 10) I was expecting the same. Treetops is a far superior experience in every way!
The instructors (particularly Kieran) were fantastic, very focused on safety and ensuring everyone inc younger kids know the rules and how to get the best out the course and have the best time.
My 8yr old had a sprained arm and they were really supportive of helping him take part while checking he wasn't in pain. My kids loved it.
In front of us was a 6yr old girl who was v excited to try it but got scared on the first obstacle. Kieron was absolutely brilliant talking to her and taking her around the entire course such that she wanted to do it again. I've never seen an instructor be so committed to helping a child succeed and build their confidence. Well done Kieran.
It's worth noting there is probably more wobbly obstacles than on a Go Ape. Def recomend and strongly encourage anyone to support this independent high ropes course.

My 9 and 7 year old children went and my 9 year old absolutely loved it. My 7 year old was rather nervous and Kieron the instructor got just the right balance of encouragement and gentleness to get him all the way round and wanting to do it again!! Also it’s really good value for money!

Great instructor -my daughter (7) was scared at first. The instructor was amazing - he got up on the high wires to help- encouraging and instructing her across the first few 'high wires' step by step and then continuing to guide her round the first lap of the course. Experiencing success, she was then keen to attempt and successfully complete her second lap! She left experiencing success and wanting to go again! Thank you!

Easy to book on line and friendly staff member on arrival.
Kitting up process was made fun and route around appeared moderately challenging (My grandaughter and her friend were partaking) It was easy to take photos from ground level. Perhaps the addition of a refreshment area (Drinks) and, especially for the smaller participants a certificate at the end would 'make their day'
Having said all that it appeared to be enjoyed by everyone
Would recommend to anyone in the area especially for children and teenagers.
Better in better weather. Takes around an hour for two laps of the circuit

My 13 year old daughter and I had a fun hour at Tunnel Tree Tops. Kieran was our instructor who was great at giving clear instructions and ensuring safety while also making the session fun with banter and challenges.
The course isn’t as long as other high ropes we’ve been to but it was still good value for money and great fun with 3 zip lines. Definitely recommend as an activity if you are in the area.

Our second visit here, this time with four children between 6 and 19. A fun, safe high ropes course that can be a good intro for the younger ones and can be challenging for older ones who can go around more than once if time allows. The team (same as this time last year I think) were lovely once again, very thorough on the safety work and very supportive of a small person on her first high ropes experience.

The staff were lovely, it was very fun and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, A great experience if wanting to do something a little bit different. The course is fun, and the zip wires are great. Safe equipment explained throughout the time there. The sessions are balanced and not overcrowded making the experience that much more enjoyable.

I decided to take my two teens with me to try this. My eldest has autism and I really didn’t know how he’d get on. He’s reluctant to try new things in case he fails. The instructors were amazing with him. Gave a bit of guidance and told him to get on with it. Best thing they could have done. I could tell he was very stressed and anxious but was grinning ear to ear by the end.
Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! A really exciting and challenging experience. Would recommend highly to everyone. Our Granddaughter (13) loved it and I (62) pushed through it with Kieran’s help. Thank you Kieran! The instructors are supportive and extremely helpful, thank you Kieran and Luca.

Whole experience is for an hour including putting equipment on and safety briefing. The actual time spent doing a lap of the course will depend on how quick the people in front of you are, but it only takes 5-6 minutes of you have a clear run. But they let you go round again once finished, as long as the next group haven't arrived.
