My eldest son (11) loved the course, especially the challenges on his second round. It looks like a small course but, with the different challenge levels, can keep even the more experienced happy.
My youngest (9) froze up on one of the platforms and the staff were amazing and patient with him. They got him safely to one side so the other participants could continue round, then tried to encourage him to continue. He was very nervous, so in the end they safely, and professionally, lowered him from the platform with a rope pulley.
We were very grateful and felt guilty about delays for the next participants, but the staff were reassuring and remained calm and in control.
Thoroughly recommend The Tunnel Tree Tops. Extremely good value too (much cheaper than Go Ape!)

I visited recently with my two sons, aged 6 and 9. The 9 year old loved it, and was in his element working his way through the course.
The 6 year old was very nervous and only completed the first obstacle, before deciding he wanted to return to solid ground. We knew it was a gamble taking him as he's generally quite nervous about heights, but we wanted to try to build his confidence in a safe environment.
But the two instructors, Kieran and Leanne, were excellent and managed to get him back down without too much trouble.
It's great that spectators can walk underneath the course and take photos.
If there is no one holding you up in front and you are competent, it only takes 5-6 minutes to complete the course, but you're allowed to go round again if there is time before the next group arrives. So you could complete multiple laps if everyone in your group was relatively quick and confident.
Would definitely recommend for a fun activity for kids and adults!

I was extremely nervous about attempting this but didn't want that to defeat me having a go and I am so pleased I did. The instructions are amazing, they were so patient with me, gave plenty of tips and encouragement the whole time and this really did enhance my enjoyment and experience of this activity. My (more confident) boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed himself and loved the challenge. I took ages to complete the course but we were still allowed a second go! I would recommend taking a visit to these high ropes, they are extremely reasonable and you will have a lot of fun!

A beautiful setting amongst the trees. The instructors were so friendly, professional and safety conscious. One of our little ones was really anxious to begin with but ended up going around for a second time and feeling very proud of herself. Coffee/ tea machine £1.50 ( bring correct change) and a picnic under the trees on the picnic benches rounded off a perfect morning.
Thank you Tunnel Tree Tops.

A sudden decision to visit with a mixed age party _ 3 early teenagers +3 early pensioners!! _ led to a really great time in the treetops. The youngsters whipped round in no time and managed a couple of circuits. They loved it. The older group took their time and were happy to get round once _ what a sense of achievement.
We were looked after really well by the support team ,who made us feel safe and gave us all the right encouragement with a good degree of humour. Well done you two

Would recommend a visit to all and would encourage you to" give it a go"

My family have tried this type of activity before but this was our first time in the woods in the UK.

The course is well thought out, with progressively difficult stations. This allows you to build your confidence. The zip lines are relatively fast and no one got tangled in the cargo netting.

Once you’ve been round once, you can go again and complete the stations with added challenges.

The instructors, Liane and Kieran are able to guide the frightened and equally challenge the confident.

Great fun!

I took my two 10 year olds as a half term treat, one was very confident and the other was very unsure - they both had a fab time. The instructors were very kind and reassuring to help my son who was unsure and spent time with him on the course trying to build his confidence. My daughter hadn’t even finished the course before saying she wanted to come back for her birthday with friends.

As regular visitors to Charmouth, we have seen the advertisements for this lots of times. Well today we decided to give it a go! Soooo glad we did. Lovely friendly instructors, Leanne and Kieron, very patient and encouraging to more nervous members of our group and pushed those who were more confident by getting them to do challenges. Amazing communication and people skills! The activity as a whole felt extremely safe. We had the option to go round the course twice which made it even better value for money. Highly recommend The Tunnel Tree Tops 🙌🏻

I booked this activity for my two grown up children during our family holiday and they had a fabulous time. My daughter was really nervous initially but wanted to have a go. They were able to go around the course a second time, and she was able to really enjoy it because she knew what to expect. The course starts off low but goes up really high. The instructor team of three led by Kieran were fantastic and very personable. Kieran was especially brilliant - he was very professional and gave clear safety instructions, had a great sense of humour and engaged well with everyone. Thank you so much to the wonderful team. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. The staff were excellent, especially when out youngest granddaughter got to the first zip wire, and couldn’t face going on it. The young male staff member went up to the platform, and spoke most encouragingly to her, trying to encourage her. When it became obvious that she didn’t want to continue, he brought her back to ground level. While he was with her on the platform he let other children pass safely.
Instructions pre adventure we’re very clear, and equipment was in good order. Thank you.
