We stayed at the smaller Shortlake Farm site, location was fantastic overlooking Weymouth Bay. When we were there due to location it was very windy for 2nts, the last night and day were superb though. You can never predict the British weather even in Summer!...More

I didn't book this trip myself so I was unaware of what to expect. Upon arrival, I quickly came to realise that this is a family camp and not suitable for groups of friends. The camp has a 11pm curfew on music and noise, which...More

If you want a camping experience with a family site atmosphere this is a must. The site is good value for money, But the site is only open for a month and gets full quickly. There is a bus to venture into Weymouth from the...More

Totally loved this place. More than just a campsite. Very well organised and families well catered for. Will definitely be back.

When I first arrived at Eweleaze I was struck by the perfect setting and its multitude of child friendly activities. I can see why many people we spoke to we're not first timers - the friends we were with have been there five times now!...More

Camping is a scatalogical affair. It attracts the sort of avuncular fellow who is quite happy to stride across a field at 8 in the morning, wishing his fellow campers good morning, while the bog roll under his arm announces to the world - "I'm...More

Good camping spot, in touching distance if some good spots and beaches. Facilities are good, hot showers and some flushing toilets. Bad points, croc wearing middle class people. Although generally friendly. Barking dogs at 6am from the puppy farm, bring ear plugs. Ridiculous prices for...More

Hi Katie, I would suggest the Chicken Field as it's nearest to all the facilities and not too far from the hay bales
