We visited yesterday with a 2 year old and a 3 year old and had a lovely day. This farm isn't as commercialised as others and has a really relaxed feel. The animals all look well cared for and the staff couldn't have been friendlier,...More
I visited here with my 2 toddlers in the October half term. Got to admit was put off at first by the negative reviews, I'm not really not sure what people expect from a working farm, I thought it was good value for money. We...More

I think that the best thing to do would be to ring them to see what's available. 01202 881120 Its a very 'rustic' setting but my grandchildren love it. They have to 'do' things and use their imagination instead of just paying money to sit on a ride. There are animals to pet and you can watch them being fed and you can go for lots of walks. There are also things to see - blacksmith working, haunted cottage to explore (with sounds) !!! I would imagine the picnic tables and outside bounce area would be closed. You definitely would need wellies and warm clothing but in my opinion its much better than some of the other activities around. Sorry its taken so long to answer.x
