This is most definitely off the beaten track but great place to go. It’s a beautiful stroll to the waterfall and well worth a visit!

Well worth the walk to see this- we had a lovely trip. On the way you get to walk through nice land with stunning views and the waterfall itself is beautiful. All of this is free too!

Really easy & enjoyable walk up to Cranny Falls however I was disappointed with the waterfall because there seemed to be quite a lot of litter surrounding it. Also, the decking in front of the waterfall is really small!

It's a fairly easy 1.5 km from Carnlough town up to the falls along the old mineral tramway line, the last few hundred metres being on a rather slippery boardwalk so care needed. But you'rd well rewarded when you get there. We'd had heavy rain...More

A lovely walk along the old railway line to the old limestone quarry. Fantastic view of Carnlough Bay. Walk on to Cranny falls through the nature reserve.

A leisurely uphill (not steep) walk which for about 75% of its length is on tarmac - the total time for the walk (one direction) is about 40 minutes or less. If weather has been good for a few days then the latter part of... More
