Wonderful visited again, the website isn’t very clear unless you delve deeply but grounds and gardens are open all year! If this was clearer more would enjoy this special place all year!

Lovely small Edwardian house, well furnished.

We visited on a beautiful fall day. It made for a nice walk up the hill where you could get some beautiful views of the Cupar area and the livestock.

We visited here with our family and took a walk up the hill. A great walk and although steep the kids managed grand. Lovely views of the surrounding area of Cupar etc. Just beware of the livestock in field.

Hi Ken, the Mansion house, shop and tea room are open Thursdays to Mondays. A guided tour runs at 11.15am; open guiding where you can explore at your own pace starts at 12.30. Last entry is at 4pm and the mansion closes at 4.30pm. The gardens and woodlands are open 7 days a week from 9am to dusk.
