I saw a TV programme about Arran and discovered Lucy talking about otters very knowledgably and enthusiastically. Contacted her for my own visit to see some more of the Arran wild life, and so pleased that I did! I live in Glasgow and have visited Arran many times. Hiked, cycled and sailed round this attractive Island. Seen some wildlife and... More

The four of us enjoyed a wonderful half-day wildlife spotting walk with Lucy. It was the perfect start to our holiday on Arran. Lucy was great with the kids, aged 7 and 9 and tailored the experience to suit them. Our early start was worth it; we saw otters eating fish on the shoreline, seals drying themselves on the rocks... I booked a whole day with Lucy for myself and two teenage daughters. It was a brilliant day from start to finish. Lucy's knowledge of wildlife is incredible and she is fascinating and engaging company. She let us know from the start there was no guarantee of seeing any wildlife that we were hoping to see. We had a wonderful... More

I booked a day with Lucy for my myself, my wife and our two teenage boys who are interested in geology and wild-life. I cannot recommend Lucy more highly - she was fabulous. She tailored a whole day walk for us around the Cock of Arran. Her knowledge of wildlife is awe-inspiring and she ensured we got the most out... More

Sue and I booked a half day experience with Lucy Wallace for the otter discovery trail. Lucy told us that there is no guarantee of sighting otters and we understood that otters would not put in an appearance just to make our day! Nevertheless we were in luck and Lucy found us a female otter which we followed for about... More

Arran was sunny for this long, challenging and stunning walk. Lucy was booked so her husband stepped into the task and took me on a lovely day long walk. Perfect for me as I travelled her on my own. A great day out.

We tried to go out on a wildlife safari with Lucy back in June but she was fully booked so we went back to Arran is week and we can see why she is in such demand. She tailored the day to meet our needs and we spotted 9 otters from a couple of close together locations. With a small... More

We were gifted a 4 hour 'slot' with Lucy, no knowing beforehand anything about it. It turned out to be true magic. Lucy is so knowledgeable about the wildlife on Arran and had decided to take us to the area where wild sea otters live & play and, on arrival on the sea shore, there they where playing in the... Arran is such a beautiful place, and we were so lucky to have sunshine and calm seas for our wildlife safari day with Lucy. It was obvious from the moment we met Lucy, that she is passionate about this Island and its wildlife. She took us first to the very south of Arran and we gently beachcombed in dazzling February... Otters, red squirrels, golden eagles, common & grey seals, basking sharks, porpoise and rutting red deer stags - what more could we have asked for? Lucy has a great manner with kids and adults alike combined with encyclopedic knowledge of Arran's history, geology and natural history. Extraordinary value and superb customer service.
