Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a smart and modern 75 metre long metal arched bridge that crosses the river Lossie , and connects the beach esplanade with the sand dunes. It was designed and built by Beaver Bridges, cost £1.8 million , opened in May 2022, and is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. It replaces the century old wooden bridge that was no longer safe , or fit for purpose, and is being dismantled - ( but just IMO , the rickety old wooden structure looked like it would’ve been a memorable adventure to cross.) The views from either side of the bridge are far-reaching.

Elegant bridge allowing access to one of the cleanest and quietest beaches I've seen. Fabulous place to walk

Beautiful, new bridge restoring access once more to Lossiemouth’s wonderful east beach. Enjoy an ice cream on your way back across from the beach whilst taking in the views.

Amazing to watch this bridge take shape when the big crane was in town! Even more amazing to get back to the East Beach! The dogs loved it too!
