I’ve been here a couple of times now and it really is a great all round experience. We play the wee course in the morning which is good to get loosened up and then head to the dormy clubhouse for lunch. The clubhouse itself is worth a visit, nice views and a lovely fire. In the afternoon we played the... More

We have a time share at Gleneagles and play golf. We usually play the Queens which is probably the most suitable for your average golfer. The surroundings are lovely and although a lot of work has been done the course can be heavy and wet.We don't mind being paired up but usually play as a two (October time) and getting... More

Until the Centenary course opened for the Ryder Cup in 2014 this was the one everyone came for but it remains a long difficult course and with no buggies allowed its a 5 hour round for 4. More difficult than the Centenary for the average golfer.

The kings and queens are definitely my favourite courses however you also get a past Ryder cup course thrown in too! Excellently kept. Prices are rising in the last few years so i recommend visiting sooner!

You will not play a more beautiful course than the Queens nor a more difficult one than the King's! Pray for good weather as it is miserable when the wind and rain pair up!!

We played the King's and the PGA courses on two sunny days in September. The condition of the courses were fantastic, and the greens were quick and challenging. The PGA course is not all that difficult, but on King's you need 99% accuracy - or a local caddie!

Played golf here a week last Saturday on my way to ticking off the 100 top golf courses in Scotland (44), I was very impressed with the layout and condition of the course, I much prefer links golf but in my humble opinion this is the best inland golf course I have played in Scotland, had a nibble in the... Stayed for three nights at the Spa at Gleneagles. Played the three courses. Caddies for sure on the King's and Queen's course but take a power cart for the Ryder Cup course. Too long a walk in between holes and a lot of hills. We left the hotel at 5 am and they were kind enough to pack us a... More
