Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ice skating is back but ruined by reduced ice time and almost a doubling in price. Sessions used to be 2 hours and are now cut to just 90 minutes and a massive price hike of over 60%. Appears they want to rip people off trying to recoup what they lost over the last few months. I for one wont be back.

A phenomenal venue with an amazing atmosphere. Braehead arena really is the best and I cannot wait to go back. If you’ve never been to see Glasgow Clan then make it happen, you’ll love it.

Glasgow Clan Shop. Braehead Arena. I ordered and paid for two children's Ice Hockey tops on the 5th August, to date I have not received these items by pisy. I gave emailed the shop on three occassions with no reply. The telephone number is unobtainable.i am now left out of pocket without the goods I purchased. Do not buy anything from this outlet. Good venue. We had a good view of the rink (This was an ice show) I would recomend seats on the raised area. If you choose rink side seats consider if you are tall enough to see over the people in front if you choose second row, as this is not raised.

Easy parking and ample eating outlets. Great venue for the show and what a show it was. Typical Cirque Du Soleil you had to keep your wits about you there’s that much going on.
AMAZING SHOW. Great lighting good story.
Professional entertainers from stunts to acrobatic perfection. 😊😊😊
Staff and security helpful and welcoming. 👍.

Attended the Clan verses Manchester Storm on 8th February and finally witnessed a victory for the Clan as they beat Manchester 3 - 2.
At last, I have only witnessed defeats in the last 3 matches I have attended at Braehead.
Hopefully things will now improve!!!

Our first visit to see ice hockey here, we found some positives but other bits which could be better. Our tickets were for seats in one of the corners, but the sight lines were excellent and the seats comfortable. The PA system was poor though with it difficult to hear the announcements most of the time.
All the concession stands were at one end of the arena, which caused quite a bit of congestion due to the large crowd.
Lots of parking nearby and the traffic congestion was much less than I anticipated.
Overall a pretty good place to watch hockey, but could be better.

Went two weeks ago to the clan game. I have gone to multiple games around Britain and braehead was by far the worst atmosphere we have experienced. When we all changed along to the PA we got told by stewards to be quiet. I will not be back, and I would not recommend anyone who would like a good time to attend. Good riddance.

The arena is a fantastic venue to watch our favourite Ice Hockey team the Glasgow Clan. The atmosphere is electric and as it is in the Intu Shopping Centre where you can both shop and eat it suits us very well.

Are you allowed to bring your own food into the ice hockey matches? For example could you bring in a five guys from across the way?
