Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You cant appreciate or imagine the depth and size of this loch. It’s mind blowing and can only put it into perspective when viewing the sonar images. The staffs commentary is great and very informative. Boat is super comfy and warm downstairs. Definitely go out on the tour if in the area

Took a trip last Saturday with my fabulous gang from Clan Cross Stitch!
The weather wasn't brilliant but this trip was!
Sean, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable & downright funny!
I have to say that I learnt more about Loch Ness in 50mins last week than I had on a previous boat trip in 2007!
Thought the sonar was a great thing to have running.
Also learnt more about scree than I did in my geology lessons at school!
Great cafe on board selling hot/cold drinks etc.
Highly recommend this trip!

This boat trip on Loch Ness was much more than I expected. The commentary was really interesting and the boat had a sonar! There is something big down there for sure! There is also a full bar and a selection of hot and cold soft drinks available and NOT overpriced.

Liam was brilliant on our tour this morning - lots of facts about the loch and it’s flora and fauna, our children 10, 9, and 5 all enjoyed it but it was cold so wrap up

We had an amazing time. Sean was a terrific, funny tour guide who entertained young and old alike. The boat was very clean, everything was on time, and they even had cocktails should you be interested. And....we saw nessie.

Thanks to the dreary weather the scenic cruise wasn't all that scenic, unfortunately! Despite that it was still a fun experience. The guide, Sean, is full of information and jokes and between him and the pre-recorded voiceovers, I learned a lot about the loch and Nessie. Definitely worth a go even in the rain!

Tony was a very good skipper. We already had waterproofs but he would have provided them if required. We did however use the googles he lent us. He knows the loch like the back of his hand and was able to show us a white tailed sea eagle - bonus. Thoroughly enjoyable trip exhilarating . Only negative there’s nowhere to shelter whilst waiting for the RIB if it’s raining

Well managed for tickets and queuing. Only a short trip a couple of miles up the loch but pleasant. You can get drinks on board and there is a commentary that we could not hear due to engine noise.

This was a great trip in a very modern and clean boat- staff were all excellent and welcoming to all guests . One thing we loved was to see a guy hoovering between trips - great attention to detail. The bar prices are very reasonable and the presentation informative. I was very proud to see British tourism done well .

Are dogs allowed on the cruises
Dogs are allowed and welcome on our large cruises. We don't recommend them coming on the RIB rides due to the speed and varied weather conditions, however, some have before! Cheers

Do you have to book the fast rib boat trip or can you just turn up? How often do they go thanks

The rib boat has a limited number of seats (on the order of 10-12). If you can be flexible on day/time, walking up is fine. If you aren’t flexible or just want to make sure you can get on, book ahead. Check website for frequency and tours as they offer several different durations.

Hi I am planning to the cruise location from Glencoe. Is there parking around the area? And also what time is your latest cruise? I plan to visit later September. Thanks!

Are your non-RIB boats okay for someone using crutches? They're more for stability than anything else.

I'd say so yes. As someone else has anyway said, the crew are more than happy to help you on and off. The boat itself is fine for crutches
Is it book in advance or can we just turn up we'd 8 th March ?
