Clean beach, nice clear waters and park so close to it. Modern park with loads for kids to do. Obviously well maintained. Spent an evening there when we only intended to drive through. Was lovely

What can you say about Girvan? I think it had its hay-day about fifty years ago because it is now a crumbling relic of a holiday resort with 70% of the shops closed

Yes there is opposite the beach ice cream parlour. Beach mostly sandy dont know about swimming baths
