Great day out boys loved it and it can be a cheep and cheerful day out with a picnic inside the castle is beautiful and free for under 5s £10.50 for adults but the grounds are free

great wee visit. staff were lovely and all interacted with the kids. wee hidden lego figures to keep kids amused while we looked about.

We visited this castle when my husband and I went to Ayr in Scotland.we joined the national trust Scotland that day.we also visited the Robert Burns museum and Bannockburn museum on our way home. this saved us a fortune as these places are not cheap...More

per person, it is not cheap i ve to say If u are not have a Membership of the trust, but worth it. you can spend all Day walking about. you get a map at the gate. take.the castle as well, its good. Don t know the exact... More

Yes it's at the home farm located within the country park about 10 minutes walk from the castle, it has toilets next to the restaurant and ample car parking as well, the restaurant provides adequate meals with seating... More
