Awesome place. So much history in the homesteads and Churches that has been moved into Cades Cove. Also the wildlife is amazing. You never know what animals you'll see. HIGHLY recommended visiting.

Townsend, since cades cove is a state park, there are no motels. Townsend has some great motels, also beautiful cabins, and some fun campgrounds.
