Very poor customer service. We had booked family tickets through itison but my daughter took ill and was admitted to hospital. I asked if I could transfer tickets to a later date but was told the itison voucher would not be valid. I would happily have paid the price difference but wasn't allowed this option. 4 Very disappointed children.

Don’t waste your money! You literally need to pay for everything except the slides! I have no idea what the ridiculous entry fee is for. Just spend the extra money (that you’ll spend anyway on every activity) and go to Clyde Valley Family Park. Not even enough at Valley View to entertain you for the day!

The entrance price was quite expensive given that the parents aren't there to play. Not only that but then you get charged extra to do certain things inside. Why bother having an entrance fee if everything isn't included? Absolute waste of money, I'd rather support the other Clyde valley family park.

Needed a drink on humid day , stopped off here for a change, staff very rude, because we didn’t want food, just a cool drink, thank you! Why is there a sign saying that we had to wait to be seated, when we didn’t? We very nearly walked out, but need of a drink came first! Unless you bring children don’t bother ! Won’t be back!
