- twiggy j3 contributionsDissaponting customer ServiceVery poor customer service. We had booked family tickets through itison but my daughter took ill and was admitted to hospital. I asked if I could transfer tickets to a later date but was told the itison voucher would not be valid. I would happily have paid the price difference but wasn't allowed this option. 4 Very disappointed children.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 31 July 2023
- Audrey G1 contributionDon’t bother!Don’t waste your money! You literally need to pay for everything except the slides! I have no idea what the ridiculous entry fee is for. Just spend the extra money (that you’ll spend anyway on every activity) and go to Clyde Valley Family Park. Not even enough at Valley View to entertain you for the day!Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 9 August 2023
- K S1 contributionDon't waste your moneyThe entrance price was quite expensive given that the parents aren't there to play. Not only that but then you get charged extra to do certain things inside. Why bother having an entrance fee if everything isn't included? Absolute waste of money, I'd rather support the other Clyde valley family park.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 13 August 2023

Why is there a sign saying that we had to wait to be seated, when we didn’t? We very nearly walked out, but need of a drink came first! Unless you bring children don’t bother ! We decided last minute on Saturday of September weekend to come here. We were really delighted for just over £20 we have 5 hours of fun, we would’ve spent longer but it was closing time!!
There was a huge 2 story tractor, tractor rides, sandpits, Tobbogins, huge bouncy pillow things.
We just had such a fun day out. My husband, me and a 2.5 year old
We took a picnic with us. There was an undercover/sheltered picnic area which was good as it was a little bit windy at lunch time
Really good day out, will definitely be back

A fantastic day out if you have good weather a wide variety of attractions for kids to go and play, my son had a fab day being adventurous climbing and playing, few attractions had to be paid out with ticket but wasn’t expensive, I highly recommend this place, lots of benches with umbrellas for you to take you’re food with you and have a picnic also had benches under cover if needed! Had a burger van and ice cream van on site, just be careful when leaving you exit through a shop which had variety of toys, the kids wanted everything haha

Got an itison deal for this park. Really worth it. Had a great day out loads of things to do for my 3yr old. Well spaced out and lots of different activities to do.
Take plenty coins with you for the wee rides inside the park

This is our second visit in a week and as a Mum of 4 - I rate this top points. It’s hard to find somewhere that’s good for all ages but the adventure park really ticks all boxes. My 10 and 2 year old love the place.
The restaurant really is a great find too - not badly priced and absolutely delicious!

Went here today with my husband, daughter and friends. It was great. The winter trail is lovely and the best Santa experience as he takes time to talk to the kids and answer their questions. The kids get to choose what toy they want. Then there is 4 fun fair rides ( although would say the rides are aimed between 2 to about 6 years old) The hot chocolate the adults get is very tasty and you also get a biscuit. We went to the garden centre across the road when we finished and it has lovely Christmas decorations.
One point is that the kids get their picture with Santa taken by a camera so you want the photo you have to buy the photo . Although you can have the photo as a Christmas babble, snow globe and other things too.

I have booked tickets for Winter wonderland. I thought that the ticket price of £17.95 included a gift from Santa. Is this the case?

Yes all kids that you bought tickets for gets a Santa hat, present from Santa (kids get to pick a toy) and the funfair rides.
I have booked tickets for the Winter Wonderland. I thought that the ticket cost of £17.95 per child included a gift from Santa, however I see on the website it states that there is an extra charge for this. Is this the case?
