We were the only people at the statue so we were able to take photos without having to wait. It is easy to find as it is situated at the entrance of Buffies Braes car park.

Scotland’s sons statue is out of this world , this frontman icon lives on in his home town for all to see. Him and his band made the best tunes ever . The lyrics ran side by side with my life . Wish he was still around . Hope every person who knows of him tell someone . Should have a lot more about the worlds greatest showman . Deep respect Bon , you moulded my future . This statue is a very dignified representation of a very talented musician, the dignity is clearly enhanced by the inclusion of a representation of Mr Scott's pet octopus. A more improved statue would have been if Mr Scott was modelled riding a rampant Nessie while brandishing with vigor a box of shortbread, this I feel would have left no ambiguity as to the region from which Mr Scott is associated.…
