Rang early morning to see if there had any availability and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We booked in for the afternoon and headed over.
The staff that met us all (group of 9) could not have been any friendlier once we were kitted you we headed it into the lake. What an amazing experience all the kids loved it. Jumping off the wake boards which thou would think would make them cold on a wet day on the lake it didn’t would highly recommend.

We hired a speedboat for 2 hours at a cost of £240, for a family of 7 (ages ranging from mid 60’s to 9). Staff were polite, friendly at reception and the driver was exceptional. The ride itself covered most of the Loch with the driver stopping at points telling us fun facts.
A lovely way to explore the Loch at a reasonable price.

Whilst in Scotland thought I would get a little wake surfing in so being a typical southerner I though Kelso to Loch Lomond would be no problem I mean how big can Scotland be well it’s really big it took 3.5 hours however the last 45 minutes driving up the lake was amazing even had blue skies. So got to Wake Loch Lomond felling a little frazzled but once in the boat with the music blasting and the massive wake it all fell away amazing scenery must be the most beautiful area I have ever wake surfed in great boat driving by Morgan saved me more than once.I would highly recommend if you are in the Edinburgh or Glasgow are either on your own or with friends. Thanks again to all the team at Loch Lomond wakeboard

We booked an hour speed boat to do wakeboarding and a ringo ride. The boys had already tried wake boarding on a cable this was their first time behind a boat. The staff were friendly and an enjoyable time was had. The only thing we hadn’t realised was that with a boat you get a lot less time actually wake boarding than with a cable due to the longer retrieval time after a fall. This resulted in one son only having one go behind the boat. He was good about it but perhaps could have been avoided with a bit better communication from the boat driver in the second 30mins to allow decisions and choices to be made.

The actual Speedboat trip was nice, with beautiful views of Loch Lomond from the centre of the Loch and the local staff were very friendly. My reason from only 3 stars were because: -
1. The actual hour-long cruise was 45 mins. It maybe only 15 mins, but another way of looking at it was I got 25% less of what I paid for, and at £150 and hour, that's not cheap.
2. The website is quite poor I feel, in the booking section specifically ... I was offered the use of Ddyrobes on the Speedboat booking page, which lead me to think we might get wet, so I ticked that for the 3 of us at £5 each. Only to be told when we checked in, "you won't really need those" but no mention of a refund. I don't blame the local staff, more the web site.
3. Again on the web site, when booking, several time slots said, "call to book", yet on that form there was no phone number, small thing, but irritating.
Overall, we did enjoy the experience and were glad we did it, but as the person booking and paying, I did feel we were "ripped off" because of points 1 and 2

We booked into do waterskiing (for the first time) however our guide suggested we try wakeboarding as it would be easier for the girls (and me). The girls had great fun and were much better than their Dad :). Thanks for the great experience Jamie. Awesome fun in a beautiful location. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent boat trip, was only 1 hour but it’s amazing how much of the Loch you can cover in 1 hour. Driver & excellent sounds made it a trip to remember, my 10 year old daughter loved it. Driver (embarrassed I didn’t get his name) took the time to stop at areas of interest and photo opportunities. Will deffo be back and might even give wakeboarding a go 👍😂🤣 Thanks again was a great trip. The boat is the Biz 👍

We hired paddleboards as we headed up to Oban for our hols. The company were great in terms of flexibility as we weren't exactly sure what time we would get there due to traffic on our journey from Manchester. This area of the loch was quieter than it is down by Balloch which was perfect for paddleboarding and there are lots of interesting places to explore on your board. Hire price was about normal for this kind of activity.
Scenery was stunning and the owners were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We arrived when it was raining, low cloud and if I’m honest I wasn’t that thrilled about heading out on the loch but I am so pleased we did. The water in the loch is strangely warm, the low cloud and moody atmosphere made for an enchanting paddle. The scenery is stunning no matter what the weather so don’t let rain deter you. Great flexibility and very welcoming, helpful team. Highly recommended and would absolutely book again.

We were visitors so I don't know - you would need to contact Loch Lomond Wakebord themselves.
