This was made by the staff who were incredibly knowledgable and made every effort to provide lots of information. They also clearly knew the birds well and the birds all responded to him which was brilliant to watch. Sadly no flying at the moment due to Bird Flu but I would still recommend visiting to support this worthwhile centre. £8... More

Didn't really feel this attraction was value for money. Advised by the gentleman running the place that all the birds were caged due to safety restrictions in place due to an outbreak of bird flu - which I completely appreciate. However, having paid full price and then taking a walk around, I began to feel short changed. Particularly when you... More

The birds of prey center has different types of mostly eagle's and owls and you are able to get up close to them. I am unsure how I feel about this place though. My wee one found it interesting to see all the different types of birds but part of me feels it is like a prison for the birds.... More

The birds were beautiful and all different kinds but £18 for me and my partner to get in was a bit steep as most the owl were at the back of there hut sleeping! It is good to go round and see them but for £18 I thought it would of lasted more than 15 minutes

As always it was amazing to see all the birds in such wonderful condition, everywhere is spotlessly clean and a joy to walk around. Stewart and his team do a marvellous job and it is uplifting to see how much they care for each bird. The centre is a must if you're in the area and is a great part... More

My boyfriend booked the meet the Owls experience for us both on a recent trip to Loch Lomond. I am a huge lover of owls and as this was a surprise it was honestly one of the best things I've done, we got to walk round the centre finding out about all the birds before taking part in a handling... Spent an outstanding day with David and Ronnie hunting with beautiful Harris hawk and two ferrets. We spent the whole day in beautiful countryside a relatively short drive from the centre. The rabbits were dispatched quickly and humanly immediately after the hawk caught them. The two gents were always very polite, curtious and sensitive our reactions to the results of the hunting at all... Had a day out with David and Ronnie flying the Harris hawk and watching the ferrets work the moor. What an excellent day. Experience of a life time. Birds and ferrets lovely and the guys knowledge and skill of the hunting was first class. Would highly recommend this activity and I would love to do this again.
