Secondly Nick Nairn is a thoroughly down to earth and decent individual. No airs and graces and immediately put us at ease. The day and menu was extremely well planned... More

What a great day. Were specially there for the Roy Brett of Ondine fish day but additional entertainment from Nick Nairn and his sidekick Paul Rankin. Very lighthearted and stress free. Not only do you learn how to cook signature dishes but you get a lot of general tips as well. Tristan one of the usual chefs was great, coming... More
