The three hour cruise was brilliant, so interesting. Such a welcoming and informative crew. We enjoyed seeing familiar places from an unfamiliar perspective, and the story of the sugar boat is fascinating - a great excuse for internet rabbit hole exploration!
Highly recommended. Thinking we'll have another trip next season.

We took the boat trip to sugar boat wreck , we were not disappointed.

My friends and I wanted to attend the Cowal Highland Gathering in Dunoon and thought it would be more fun (and easier) to take a boat from Helensburgh, where we were staying. We were so right! The boat was clean, well-tended, and well-equipped. (I could add we are all former Navy officers, so we *might* be a bit particular....) It departed and arrived punctually. The Marina was easy to get to and parking was readily available (fair enough, we did go on a Saturday). Tom, the skipper, and Molly, the crew-member that day, were absolutely delightful. We were offered coffee, tea, and tablet (all of which we accepted and enjoyed). The only bit of not-as-wonderful was the website/ticketing process, although my email inquires were answered rapidly and thoroughly. We would definitely use Boat Trips Helensburgh again!

As soon as we were greeted at jetty you felt at ease.Crew went out of there way to make you welcome with lots of knowledge about the sugar boat wreck.Grandchildren were spoilt by Captain Tom and excellent hospitality by the young lady crew.Definatley recommended this trip,next time a longer trip for us THANK YOU.

Such a fun and interesting trip. Me and my partner (plus our wee doggy) were received by the skipper and Natalie. Such a warm welcome. It was just us on the trip, I assume because of the strong winds and rain. But regardless of the weather, we had such a lovely hour sailing around the sugar boat wreck. It’s been on my bucket list for a while so was excited to tick it off! We got complimentary tea/coffee, historical pamphlets telling you about the wildlife and history of the wreck. Highly recommend.

As a local we thought it would be intestinal to see the town from a different perspective, the sea.
Having travelled and enjoyed boat trips in many locations around the world they had a lot to live up to. Boat trips Helensburgh exceeded all expectations and allowed us to see marine life and places of interest in our back yard. A thoroughly enjoyable tour of the estuary around Helensburgh made us look at our surroundings differently. I would recommend one of their many trips to anyone, local or tourists. Pricing seems very reasonable and included a drink and some locally produced confectionery (tablet). Highly recommended.

We did the boat trip to the Sugar Boat and back, there was so much to see and the pace was perfect. The crew were friendly and relaxed and engaged with a variety of ages effectively. The children were really interested and the crew went out of their way to involve them. The boat felt very safe and we were able to move around freely, which meant we got to spot seals bobbing in the water. The crew were very knowledgeable about the local area and we’re happy to chat as much as we all wanted to. We would highly recommend this trip, it’s easy to book and board. A brilliant afternoon out and would definitely do another trip!

As always You & Sea, Helensburgh boat trips always deliver a friendly and professional service by Thom and Aneesh. My family came up from Wales and we took the sugar boat tour. My two nieces aged 11 and 10 throughly enjoyed the trip and even had a wee drive of the boat. We were offered tea, coffee and a wee Scottish tablet onboard, absolutely delicious!
The boat tour of the sugar boat is interesting informative and enjoyable for all ages.
We will definitely be booking more boat trips with You & Sea.
