Cheap and a must do for music lovers. The factory is just a short walking distance from Beale street (downtown). No pics or videos which is completely understandable. As a side note the guide could be a bit more customer friendly.

We enjoyed the tour. It was very informative and my son who is a musician thoroughly enjoyed it. Great value for the price of the ticket!

This tour was fabulous. The process of making these guitars by hand is fascinating, and out tour guide also works on the manufacturing floor (which we walk right through), so he really knew everything and everyone. It seems like a real family operation, and yet...More

i learned a lot about how guitars are made. And they make them by hand. There didn't appear to be anything kept hidden from us. Sometimes the tour leader spoke quickly, but that was probably done so we would finish on time. This tour is...More

Live near Memphis and never went on the factory tour. Took visiting family on the tour. It was so interesting and informative. Never knew how much time, detailed work, etc was involved in making a guitar. They make about 45 guitars a day. Not many,...More

I just heard they have gone into receivership and closed. Such a shame.

Not sure but you want to try and go when they are making the guitars, you get to walk around the factory floor and see all the work stations.
