This attraction is closed and no longer open to the public. It’s just an empty and derelict building now. Genuinely gutted. Trip advisor says it’s open, but trust me it’s not. 😢

I never knew how much went into making guitars. They are truly works of art handcrafted in the USA! Make sure and go when the factory is actually working. I think they give tours on Saturday but nobody is working.

We found the Gibson Factory and Store Closed. Made a phone call for information regarding tours and informed they were closed.

They no longer do tours here. Most of the building is vacant. You can see where the retail store was but it looks like it is being packed up. Definitely not open.

This was an excellent experience led by a very knowledgeable guide. You are taken from the start to the finish of how they make a Gibson guitar. I was fascinated. There is a shop where you can play and try different models.

Just did a walk in and got tickets, did go early on a weekday. They stated they were moving, maybe they have begun.
