Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great little deli and grocery; one of the best we've been to in the last few years.
We spent the week in Harlech and Y Groser had everything we needed.
A good selection of fresh ingredients and also some ready meals. Plenty of variety to keep you going for a week or two.
The deli counter really was to die for with some amazing cheeses, meats, pasties, scotch eggs etc.
And freshly baked bread every day.
There's also a good range of beers and ciders and some absolutely cracking wines.
We're definitely going back if we're in the area again.

Have visited the shop as customers previously. A real gem for foodies. This year we tried the Sharing Platter, seated in the Deli. A fantastic array of cheeses & meat washed down with Welsh wine. A great treat and excellent service too. Can highly recommend.

A lovely friendly place.
I popped in for a coffee & a snack whist my car was in the garage.
Lovely coffee, delicious sausage roll & the staff made me really welcome .
The huge range of products all looked delicious too.

A true “ find “ in the middle of Harlech! Wow. Full of local produce and goodies galore. ! A real emporium of tastes and smells and delights !
However what made this Aladdin cave of treasures even more delightful was Georgia and Adrian and their enthusiasm and knowledge about locally sourced produce of outstanding quality.

I don’t know why, but never expected to find a shop like this in Snowdonia National Park.
It is in the main street of Harlech & is full of the most amazing produce.
We visited twice during our weeks stay in the area, purchasing local gin/beer/cheese’s & various other items. All were delicious.
Staff are incredibly friendly, with one of the owners giving us some great tips of places to go.
Wishing them much success with their business.

A stunning shop/ deli/ eatery with a wide range of Welsh delights. The presentation of all on show was pristine. As you enter, tucked around the corner is a well stocked deli with a few cosy tables. An extensive choice of fine Welsh and locally sourced produce is available, my wife and I shared a platter for lunch with a bottle of wine. The value was incredible, considering the quality and quantity of food, the service by Lucy was incredible, what a host. A real gem!
