Loved this place

Seen many a glassblower but this one looks at the anatomy and produced two things we wanted to buy. Worth stopping for a look.

We visited this magical place whilst on holiday in Wales. The place is amazing, with prices very reasonable. Out of hundreds of items, we came away with a red welsh dragon as a memento of our visit.

Only found out about Glassblobbery buy a fluke was mentioned in a book we had in the back of our welcome folder in the b&b. Decided to have a recky, glad we did. Welcomed by a lovely bubbly young lady (apologies but can't remember the name) who explained all about David and his work. David was out at the time... More

We went to the Glassblobbery as part of a group with Crag y Don travel. The exhibition of 'blobbing' and the talk were enttertaining and enlightening. We learned a lot and then spent a lot :) There was much that was irrisistable among the items. The shop was lovely and it felt good supporting a small business/artistic endeavour.. We will... More

Passing by and decided to pop in at the last minute. Was greeted with a warm welcome and a demonstration of making a cat. Fascinating range of glass art work and reasonably priced.

We were recommended the Glassblobbery by the staff at Ruthin Castle when we stayed there last week, it is amazing, we watched a cat being worked and the banter with the staff/owners was great, we bought 2 black cats but had to sow our pockets upas we could have spent a fortune, totally recommend a visit ! We have been twice in the past month or so, on our way to Bala. Both times i've come away with something gorgeous. Our second time we watched the owner making a boat which was really interesting and looked great. Can't wait to return again and buy more :D

Myself and my husband visited The glassblobbery as I'd seen it as a place to see on trip advisor and was intrigued by the process. The creations were beautiful and the owner very kindly offered to blob and let me choose what he was going to make. Watching the process was very interesting toe and he happily asked any questions... I've passed by The Glassblobbery numerous times and thought I'd like to call in but never gotten around to it. Today, with the weather looking a bit "iffy", I decided to take my granddaughter there as she seemed interested in going. We were the first to arrive but that soon changed as people came through the door in droves. We... More
