School trip - would not recommend. All students mentioned they were hungry and the bushcraft employees were short of patience and children were told they would not go hungry. Not worth the £165 per person that was charged at all. The children were supposed to be taught valuable outdoor skills but instead were sat around a fire for two days not learning hardly anything. Only activities that took place was sharpening a stick which was about two minutes long and CPR but was taught at a very low standard.…

Jamie and Ed were exceptional hosts throughout our whole trip. When we arrived they were so enthusiastic and this remained throughout. We were well looked after, learning traps, embarrassing our stag with fire lighting, axe throwing, archery, shooting and more. The deer butchery was fantastic and helped along by the punishing shots of whisky. I really would recommend this experience for anyone but especially a stag do, we had a cracking time.…

Exceeded all of my expectations and had a brilliant two nights camping for a friend’s stag weekend. Learnt a lot and had a massive laugh along the way. Our hosts, Jamie and Ed, were friendly, fun and accommodating from the first to the last minute of our stay, the kind of chaps you’d be happy to have on any good stag weekend! Can’t recommend the experience enough, worth every penny, and more! Already trying to think of excuses to go back.…

We had an amazing weekend with Ed and Ad learning traps, fire lighting, axe throwing, archery, shooting and deer butchery. Both the guys were very knowledgable and extremely chilled which made for a great experience. The campsite was perfect, great little kitchen, decent tents and always a fire on the go. The food was amazing - especially the deer - and they even had a cool-box for the beers. The whole weekend was great, very well paced out, nothing felt too fast or too much info, and we were left to our own devices enough for people to be as involved as they wanted to be. Great communication throughout the booking process and beyond. Couldn't recommend highly enough.…

Hello Faye. I am really sorry for your experience but I think you have us mixed up with the 'Bushcraft Company'. We are the 'Wild Bushcraft Company'. We have had these reviews a couple of times and it has always been because the names are so close. You will see from the rest of our reviews that we would never let a group down like you have been. I am really sorry for you. Not good enough from them! We work so hard to provide the highest customer experience and Trip Advisor makes a huge difference to people booking. Please can I ask you to take the review down and if you have any questions please feel free to give me ring on our number on the website wildbushcraft.co.uk. If you are near North Wales or Shropshire perhaps we could get your group out for a proper experience. Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks Jamie
