When the late Terry Hands retired as artistic director I feared for the theatre's future. I need not have worried having seen excellent work since. Far better in every sense than Venue Cymru in Llandudno with work being done to help the vulnerable in the community. Excellent!!!!

Went to see the kite runner. My first visit and when I got to my seat it had a little welcome card on it. What a lovely touch. They get some good plays here with well known actors in the cast Freindly staff, very helpful. The theatre was well laid out - I was in Row D and had a good view. I think the seats further back did seem quite steep. The program cost £3 - was impressed with its content, much more informative than the glossy ones that you get at some bigger theatres in places like Liverpool/Manchester and which cost much more. Ample free parking opposite the theatre in the evening - was worried it might take a while to get out of the car park at the end of the performance, but no issues. Will definitely go again

We first heard of this theatre when we moved to Warrington two years ago. Have been to two Pantos, both very enjoyable. Thought we’d give some of the plays a try and have booked three. Came to see Bang Bang on Saturday night. It was very funny ........ a mixture of Fawlty Towers and a Brian Rix farce (for those old enough to remember)😂. Many laugh out loud moments, well acted. Looking forward to the next two, one in April and one in May!

The car park voucher offering a free cup of tea or coffee says "SPEND £5 AND PRESENT THIS VOUCHER TO GET A FREE TEA OR FILTERED COFFEE" before I had chance to present the Voucher the girl behind the till had taken my payment! She went on to say IT'S TOO LATE" surely I could of given her the VOUCHER and she could of sorted this out? Not very good customer service. She eouldnt even offer a free cup of tea! An official compksint will be going in.

Well done again Theatre Clywd just been to see your Christmas show A Christmas Carol, excellent performance from the cast and all involved the old street was a touch of Christmas magic and getting everybody involved with tokens to buy from street traders from the show, the special effects were very good as was the music and the dance which was modern but did not take away the story in any way.
