This venue could be made more interesting if it identified in a better manner. You are given phones but the numbers appertaining to each individual site was not very clear and didn't flow, we were covering the same room twice. Again a map would have...More

It's a small place but worth a half hour to visit. The audio guide is very good. A real insight into how courts were conducted in the past.

Audio guide included in the price. Well presented, but untouched attraction. Sitting in the seats makes you realise that people must have needed an upright back!

The ticket is joint for the gaol and the courthouse. Both are very interesting and give an insight into the awful routines and conditions for prisoners at the time.
