We, a group of 4 walkers from Canada, did one half of the Anglesey Coastal Path (unguided) with all or the hotel arrangements, route maps and walk instructions provided by Anglesey Walking Holidays. Eurwyn was most helpful driving us to the start point of each walk when needed and picking us up at the end when needed. He provided us... More

My friends and I came back to Wales in September to continue our walk along the Welsh Coastal Path. Once again, we had a wonderful time walking through beautiful scenery with breathtaking views - and this very much helped by Gillian and Eurwyn organising appropriate length of daily walks for us with maps and guidebooks, sound local information about cafes... My first time in North Wales and Anglesey, and I am definitely a fan! We were only there for a short trip, but Eurwyn & Gillian chose some excellent walks for us, to give us a taste of what Anglesey had to offer - I definitely feel like we only saw a small section of this wonderful place! Gillian was... More

Eurwyn and Gillian once again did an excellent job in organizing our walk on the Wales Coastal Path. This year we tackled the path around Cardigan Bay from Criccieth to Cardigan. Despite a major music festival and an international sheep dog competition, they came through with excellent accommodations for us. The weather was great (for Wales!) and we had a... More

My sister and I have just had a wonderful holiday walking the coastal path from Beaumaris to Holyhead. We recommend Anglesey Walking Holidays. Gillian and Eurwyn provide a professional service with a personal touch. A lot of thought went into selecting the accommodation to suit us, preparing the daily itineraries, picking us up and moving our luggage. All we had... More

After a first class experience hiking around Anglesey in 2014 with AWH, AWH organised my recent hike on the Wales Coast Path along the north Wales coast and also organised and co-ordinated my hike around Llyn Peninsula with the Edge of Wales walking company. As before AWH prepared my hike meticulously with maps, notes, transport and excellent B&B accommodations. Once... More

Our walk doubled as a reunion for friends and a challenge to complete the half coastal walk. The service provided by Eurwyn and Gillian was excellent. Guides, maps and updates were provided daily and knowing they were on call if required was reassuring. The coastal walk was amazing with phenomenal views, Eurwyn and Gillian even arranged fantastic weather for September!... More

excellent organization from the moment we contacted Eurwyn and Gillian about our walking holiday. Everything ran very smoothly with our holiday. A friendly, personal approach. They know the area and are always ready to help in emergencies. The walking and views were great and we had a wonderful holiday. The notes and guidance were really good.

We chose the 'Walking for Softies' option, consisting of 4 day-walks of 5-6 miles each day. We were collected from the hotel in the morning and taken to the start of that day's walk, then met at the end and brought back to the hotel. Gillian and Eurwyn could not have been nicer or more helpful. They organised additional accommodation... More

We have just completed 5 days walking part of the Anglesey Coastal Path. An added bonus for us was the beautiful weather for mid September but we are most grateful for the organisation of Anglesey Walking Holidays. Eurwyn and Gillian suggested which parts of the island we should visit and then made the arrangements for our accommodation and transport. The... More
