A tremendous national trust property. Gardens are great with interesting terraces. House is full of history and interest. Lovely to sit and have a coffee on the terrace in good weather.

Had a great time making clay portraits with Holly from Kidoodle today in the Orangery. Brilliant to do something different and have something to take away. Would highly recommend.

Superb gardens set on a hillside going down about 100 feet from the castle. Lots of steps but well worth the effort as there is something to admire at every stage and the views are wonderful. The yew bushes are so unusual and when you...More
