Not quite as good as it used to be in its former years, as it appears to be run down in parts. Feels like some rides have just been dropped in on what used to be parking areas? And the handgels dispensers were either empty or broken, On the plus side, the staff were friendly and very safety conscious.

We have been here twice. While I feel as if the place can be crowded at times, there are plenty of rides here for all types of people. Cyclone is the largest of the two roller coasters here and while it is only a family coaster and can be rough at times it still provides thrills suitable for all ages. Dragon Challenge is a great coaster for younger people first getting into the world of amusement parks and is still fun even for older people who might be too afraid to ride much else. Their log flume Pirate River is sure to leave you soaked while the other flat rides here provide a wide range of experiences, from child friendly and gentle to terrifying. We plan on returning in the future to experience more of the flat rides (mostly the larger ones such as their Mondial Topscan as we weren't quite ready for them). While we did not use them there are plenty of facilities on or near the site, such as toilets and cafes. Overall, an iconic funfair that is perfect for a family day out.

More that half of this site is now used for car parking . What is left isn’t much more than you would see at your local fair. Lots of building materials and mess in places . Floors also still bumpy in places and sanitising machines needed filling.

Probably an unfair assessment of the place, but the COVID 19 outbreak has not done it any favours at all. Went with an open mind as we were passing through the area, but it did nothing to encourage you to wander around. We just had a look from the car and drove straight through. The whole place looked like it could have done with being immersed is sanitiser and what few places were open, didn't look like they were weathering the pandemic too brilliantly.
