Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

One star for the view. View is beautiful. Food was terrible, worst food that I have had on my entire trip. Eat anywhere else. Poor service, long wait, cold salty food. I think they ran out of napkins. Because you only get one very thin piece of Kleenex around the cutlery. Disappointed 99%

This is a beautiful place to visit, scenery is spectacular.
Visited here in summer 2019 and was told there may be some changes, in my view management and service remains the same.
Food is freshly cooked and very tasty. However, food advertised on placard is not always available, notification given whilst waiting on the arrival of the food.
This is such a beautiful place and does feel more could be done in terms of customer service and attracting more people in.
I am against been charged for service (service charge) when this was not present.
Overall would recommend based on the scenery, history and food.

We went for a birthday celebration and we got lost a few times. Thanks to Sash who did not leave our side, she sent the location and stayed on the phone with us. When we got there she went above and beyond for us. It was an experience to die for. lovers leap is the place to be. The ambience was excellent, food was great and we got it on time.

I went twice... I had such an amazing time the first time i decided to pop the big question there it was amazing.... the staff were lovely the view is breathtaking and the food is great.. And if you are ever there just ask for sash she definitely knows how to have a good time and make you feel welcomed. She is there resident event planner, mixologist, vibes promoter and just an overall great friend. Trust me you won't be disappointed........ P.S the view is to die for. The literally have a sign begging you not to jump that is how lovely it is

Lovers leap Saint Elizabeth has an amazing ambience and friendly staff. Not only does it have an amazing scenery it also has a restaurant/bar. Although I didn’t go there to eat I did get a chance to try their jerk wings which I paired with a red stripe light delicious 😋.Lovers leap definitely gives you island vibes and I will definitely visit again. #travelwithlala

The view from lovers leap are always breath taking.
However there are others issues that needs immediate attention.
1. The seating horrible. I mean the stools need to replaced.
Brought a female friend from Kingston and the wood on the seating tore her pants. Awful. We had to stand and finish our drink.
2. The service I got was far below par.
I thought they had re-do the whole place but for me it wasn’t worth it.
I would not recommend dining here to anyone. So maybe all this hype about lovers leap is only for the view

My sister had her wedding there and even thought the view is amazing, her wedding was a disaster. The food wasnt good, one of the staff told some of the guests there was no more juice so they can have water with their food. The cake was a slop, but worst was the attitude of the staffs including the owner who took no responsiblity for the mess she called a cake and was just down right rude. My sister's wedding was ruin and she could not even get an apology. I say go there if you want to see the place, but to have a function there NO, NO, NO!!!!.

The owner turned off the water in my room because i took too many showers! too many showers to them i guess is washing twice a day.

They enter the room when you are there without knocking ... using the excuse that they thought you weren't there and they came to clean the room. It doesn't take 2 people to clean a room .. so that right there was very suspect.

Some of the staff can display an attitude
Example: when i complained about the water in my room being off.. 2 staff members looked at me like i was from Pluto and said nothing.

I had to get "ignorant" and repeat that my water was off and if it isn't turned back on i want a refund so i can go stay elsewhere. The water was turned back on.

Other than that... the scenery is beautiful, the place is clean most rooms have AC which isn't really necessary because St. Elizabeth can get very chilly at night.. They also have cable . very comfortable beds and large bathrooms.

BIG UP to Margaret Ebanks (Wedding Planner) and all the wonderful staff at Lovers Leap, who helped my daughter’s wedding day such a great success.

You were all absolutely marvelous. Everyone, especially those from the UK were thrilled with the awesome food and service.

Thank you all once again.
