So glad we stopped! Passing through Glenrowan had already had our coffee and were moving on when we saw the theatre lights flashing. The show is so cleverly done, entertaining and Bob is a great host! Definitely stop by

Sorry but I only wrote my reviews as a visitor to Glenrowan (although we have stayed overnight in town a lot). I can't recall the name of the guy who runs the animated show but I am sure he would welcome your groups business.
The Billy tea rooms are right next door to the animated show and is run by Linda. She is fantastic. The phone number there is :(03) 5766 2496 so give her a call as she will probably need to know in advance on a Saturday. She will likely also be able to give you contact details of the guy with the animated show.
If you have time, your group might like to be taken over to the old railway station where a small display can be found.
