A hidden treasure. What a truly golden asset. Wonderful to see the broad range of facilities from free camping, powered sites, BBQ’s, various school group type accommodation. A very well done to the local people responsible for the lake and park surrounds

Midweek this grassy lake offers seats, fresh water, shade and a group of friendly birds to share your lunch with. Plenty of camping too. On weekends you can share the lake with boaters, and the silo accommodation is amazing and quite authentic.
