Scenery shares similarities with the Hanging Rock reserve, though the vegetation appears greener and prettier. The first part of the climb has actually rather steep steps. Splendid view from the lookout at the top. Great spot to detour and stop-over for the kids to explore,...More

This place has it all - short walk to the caves for those not so fit or longer walks from the bottom carpark where you can also picnic and BBQ. The top car park has camping areas not far from amazing views. Both car parks...More

Amazing view that suits family outstanding, hiking and picnic BBQ and toilet facilities in the picnic area. You can spot some wildlife around in the morning. Good hiking path that requires moderate walkers

Amazing views! We went on a picture perfect day. Enjoyed a picnic, some bush walking, great tracks and the views after climbing the paths to the rocks were amazing! Brought back childhood memories of visits to these caves many years ago. Definitely worth a visit.

Great views to the north, east and south from the top of these granite tors. The caves are really just gaps between the rocks, but a great place to scramble and climb, particularly for kids. There is a carpark only 150 metres from the lookout...More

Great rock formations. Awesome cave. Short steep walk up, but well worth it for the views. Perfect spot for a picnic.

Visited Melville caves and were very suprised by the view and the rock formations. A great spot for a picnic or just a fun afternoon with the family.

The walk to the caves is steep but the distance is short and the views are worth it. You can drive to the look out if walking isn't your thing and the caves are only 50 m from the lookout.
