Set in the heart of Red Hill, we invite you to visit Mornington Peninsula's only bespoke distillery and cellar door and experience a journey from the stills to glass. We will offer you an insight into how we make our fine products including a range of gins, Australia's first grape based vodka, limoncello and aged spirits. Tours of our barrel room and distillery are offered every weekend and we welcome visitors to a tasting at our tasting bar. We also offer one of the most unique gin masterclasses in Australia where guests have an opportunity to create their very own bespoke gin. Special Features: Gin Masterclasses, cellar door tastings and sales, distillery tours. Opening Hours: Our cellar door is open every Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm Open every public holiday, closed Christmas day and Good Friday

What an amazing experience. The chance to learn about gin and mix our own recipe was excellent. Pauline our sommelier and guide other than having the most perfect accent was knowledgeable, entertaining and fun. This activity is highly recommended.
