Good quality public course which appears to be very much on the improve. Not too difficult for the slightly less capable golfer (read hacker) but should be noted that it is quite hilly in spots. Young and fit no problem, a little older get a cart!

Rosebud Park ( Bayviews) is an exciting course, although not long by competition standards, it has very testing lies ( above and below your feet) as well as bunkers with varying sand depth and type. Added to this is the terrain ( along the Port Phillip bay side of Main Ridge) and mostly unpredictable greens. The entire course is kept in immaculate condition by dedicated ground staff while Scottie and staff in the Pro shop are always helpful and friendly

So you travel to the Mornington Peninsula to play golf..The Dunes, St Andrews,Moonah, Portsea, Sorrento and The National. They are all listed in Australia's top 100. But tucked away on the slopes of Arthur's Seat is a scenic beauty overlooking Port Phillip Bay. The well kept fairways will surprise you and the greens are dynamic. AG rating 127. Give it a try but don't expect an easy trip. Take your camera for stunning views over The Bay, the gums and bird life at dawn or dusk. Bookings and cart hire recommended

Revisited and was delighted with the improvements on the course and club house. Great new decking and eating area with spectacular views. Bargain priced golf, midweek 18 holes for $30. Weekend golf $32 with 5 visit multi pass, current for 12 months! Multiple varieties of affordable rates. Super friendly staff and option to enter competitions any day of the week. Also easy access to tee times with plenty of non crowded options make this a truly great find.
