"Where flows gold, soon flows ale", and so it was that "Seven Star Wallace" arrived shortly after the initial gold rush to quench the thirst of the lucky and drown the sorrows of the unlucky. Seven Star shouted the bar at his hotel (not far from where we brew our beers today) so that he could rename the town after his hometown in Scotland - so for the price of a few beers Rutherglen, Victoria was born. Our beer and cider is lovingly handcrafted in small batches with rich full bodied flavours with hop profiling to reflect seasonality and a focus on highly sessionable beers, come and sample our Australia styled Pale Ale, Bohemian styled Pilsner, Wheat Beer, beautiful Porter and Apple Cider. Relax in our beer garden and eat one of our great gourmet pizzas. Live entertainment most Saturday Nights. Open for group bookings and catering of events. Just ring one of our friendly service team today.

Visited this brewery to try their craft beers, good stuff! While there we ordered a smoked lamb pizza and it was delicious! Good spot if you appreciate craft beers served by friendly efficient staff.

Lovely atmosphere, good laid back service. Seating is outdoors in the undercover beer garden. Must order and pay indoors at the bar. Great house made cider and the gluten free pizza bases are very good. We love the Zucca pizza!

Loved our visit, beer and food were awesome and such a bonus we could have our dog in the beer garden, he loved it too. Staff were super friendly, we will defiantly visit next time we are in the area.

After being disappointed with the wineries we arrived here and were wrapped with the food, service and drinks. We thought we’d just drop in and ended up staying the whole afternoon.
