I took my three granddaughters to have a look. The ladies on the desk were lovely and encouraged the girls to be excited about the explanation straight away. They learned a lot which I'm sure will help them understand how each part of the environment...More

This was nice enough for a walk but we didn't see any birds. I was thankful that there were mown sections of grass but some clearer signs marking the way would have been helpful or some simple maps on signs would have been appreciated

A great little walk in the shade of the trees and through the wet lands. Highly recommend getting the family out of the car and enjoy nature if you are in yea.

Out the back of the Discovery Centre, you can still get to the wetlands when the centre is closed. There is a loop track that can easily be done in 20 minutes and an extension on the back that will only add another 5 minutes...More

The wetlands are a lovely place for a peaceful walk. I went in the fairly early morning - the light enhanced the experience.

This is an interesting wetland area right at the edge of the town and is somewhat out of character with the town itself. You can drive of the road and take a closer look but it is a fairly average et land area.
