This is where it all started for many country music performers. We start with a short video talking about the beginning and end of the Ryman. Very well done. We continued with a self guided tour.

Lots of great history of country music here. Enjoyed the tour and information about all the acts that started here. Fun to see everything from the past and present.

Beautiful theater and fun to tour while a band was setting up. Saw backstage dressing rooms from the old days. Sat in the church pews and soaked it all in! Would love to see a concert there!

My husband and I would both recommend this tour. So much history and it was very interesting. It wasn’t a very long tour, we did the self guided option and the hours of the museum were very convenient.

Enjoyed the music and the comedy for 2 hours but I'm a 6-foot 4-inch man and I found the seats in those old wooden pews extremely uncomfortable. The legroom is worse than an airline seat and I ended up standing at the back for the...More

We took a tour of the Ryman and really enjoyed the short introduction video. It was short, to the point, and had some cool effects. After the video you can wander the auditorium at your leisure to read facts and listen to other short clips....More

They are usually every 15 minutes starting at 9:15 IF the backstage is available. If they have a concert that night sometimes it’s a limited amount of time given for backstage tours or there will be no backstage tours at... More

you can get your picture "on stage" with the self guided. Its not exactly on the stage but right in front on a step. The guided tour only lets you walk on to the stage in a roped off area of about 10 feet in. The Grand ole... More
