Did not hold reservation!
Mar 2020 • Couples
My husband & I are in Nashville for the weekend to see Dan + Shay tonight. We booked dinner here THREE months ago based on convenience of the concert being at Bridgestone and having to walk from our hotel. We already had our day planned out around the timing of our reservation, but 4 hours before our reservation, someone called my husband from the restaurant and said someone had booked a private event & they could no longer hold our reservation. WHAT?! So, some rich person comes & books the space last minute and us normal people that have had reservations for three months don’t matter?! What HORRIBLE customer service! Someone needs to take charge & handle this place in a professional manner.

Pre Concert fail on this visit
Jan 2020
2nd visit to the Patron Club and this one wasn’t very good as the 1st time. Its great and convenient to eat inside the arena before the game or concert but for $39.50 pp I sure expect a lot more.

The waiter was horrible. Rarely saw him (glad it was a buffet or who knows when we would get food). Went the night of the Celine Dion concert and was one of the first people in when they opened for our 5:30 reservation. Place was nearly empty when we got there yet our waiter was very slow for refills on the drinks. Took our credit cards for payment and we waited and waited and waited. It was 12 minutes and he STILL wasn’t back with it. We had 15 minutes before the concert started and was getting a little angry. The hostess happened to walk by and we stopped her asking about our credit card and she said she will go check on it. Another 10 minutes later she finally returns. On the way out, we see our waiter (who at his time was MIA about 25 min since last seen by us and leaving with our credit cards) behind the bar. Apparently he was also the bartender. No wonder we weren’t getting service. Also, within hours of eating dinner my friend and I were both highly sick for over 15 hours into the next day! Apparently something that we ate that night for dinner was not good. Unsure of when we will go back.

Not the grand buffet I expected
Oct 2019
I was fairly underwhelmed with the Patron Club experience. I will start with the good: the service was excellent from our waiter, and my guest had a great view of downtown (though I was seated facing away from the window). There were a couple TVs to stay updated on the timing of pre-game warmups. The dessert selection was wonderful.

BAD: The food selection was extremely limited. There was one salad option, one hot fish dish that I mistook for pizza because it was covered in a tomato sauce, one (i think fried) chicken option, one vegetable and a couple starches. There was also a carving table, but my friend would not eat from it because the meat was too rare. They ran out of meat on the carving table about 20 minutes before the puck dropped, and I witnessed one extremely angry customer lay into the person at the carving table over that. In all, there was really not much variety for what I expected for $39. As someone on a diet, I was able to eat the salad, the carved meat, and the green vegetable, that was it (I chose not to eat the fish option). The drink menu had some yummy options, but they all cost $15 each.

Generally it was a fun experience, but I wouldn't go back, It just isn't worth the cost in my opinion.

Concert meal disappointment
Apr 2019 • Couples
Went to see 2CELLOS in concert and the meal was an add on for $35 pp. First off, besides the salad, only one vegetable was served and truly it was the best part of the meal. We had shoe leather steak, cardboard salmon, sand textured rice and I didn’t try the chicken cacciatore. They also servers ciabatta bread as dinner rolls. They were not heated and hard as rocks. My wife stated she “was trying to get enough salvia to moisten the bread.” Truly a bad experience and a place I would not have expected. The $35 pp was only worth the convenience but not the quality of the meal.

Very good

Good food and service. Good food at an arena where good food is not always expected. Lots of variety.

Not very good/not what we expected
Mar 2019 • Friends
We are from Toronto and are avid Leaf fans, as such we dine at the Scotia Arena before games. Hot Stove, Platinum Club etc. We have also traveled to watch the Leafs play in other cities and enjoy dining at the venue. We were horribly surprised with this restaurant inside the Bridgestone Arena...horrible, horrible, horrible. Everything was horrible, food, quality, food selection, wine selection, dessert selection...price was only 39.00 but for what you got, it was not worth it. It was a buffet with the smallest selection ever...which would have been fine if the quality was good but as I stated, it was horrible. I would highly NOT recommend it.

Pricey but great food!
Jul 2018 • Friends
Do not go here if you are not wanting to spend some money. It is 36 bucks a person for an all you can eat buffet. This is the type of place you go when you and your friends want to feel fancy. We got into bridgestone arena at 5 p.m. and this restaurant is located on the 2nd story. It is actually really really pretty inside. We had a great waitress, and a bartender that made special drinks upon request. The workers made it a very nice experience for all of us especially for this being our first time there. If we have the opportunity we would go back to this place. The buffet selection again was all fantastic. Meats were yummy, and sides were great! The dessert was soooo good. The warm bread pudding is to die for! I hate to see the negative reviews, but my friends and I had a really nice experience here and we are relatively picky about our food, too!

Terrible experience!
Jul 2018 • Friends
The food was lukewarm and mediocre at best. We left the table to get dessert from the buffet. When we returned, everything except a paper cup with tea had been cleared from the table. Even though we told the waiter we would be back, you could see the buffet from our table, and our purses were left at the table. While eating dessert, I took a drink of my tea and realized something was in the cup. Someone had cleared my plate and put the garbage in the tea cup and left it on the table. If I would have had any idea there was garbage in my tea, I wouldn't have drank from it. I asked for the manager (a women) who acted as she could have cared less. She offered to get me another tea. Only after our waiter offering to get the head manager was my meal comped. Not worth anywhere close to the $31.00 price. I could have eaten better from a food vendor at Bridgestone for a whole lot less money. I will NEVER return.

Dinner before a show!
Jul 2018 • Family
I should have read reviews before wasting my money. I prebooked for a concert to save time. I was shocked at the lack of quality. If I am paying almost 40 a person for dinner then I expect homemade dressings and a salad that contains something other than cheap iceberg lettuce. I personally stayed with the meat and cheeses and fresh fruit. Overcooked, dry, too spicy or just plain bland. I do not recommend. The service was great and very friendly.
