The shuttle bus from the hotel to downtown Nashville would work for someone with a cane but none of the buses that I took were wheel chair accessible. The CMA Music Fest is spread out downtown so there is a lot of walking. LP Field does have wheel chair seating. I'm sure if your were to call Sweet Magnolia they would be able to help, they are very friendly and extremely helpful.
