Great small farm winery
Feb 2021 • Family
My husband & I love to do wine tasting but having a toddler makes it difficult. We stumbled upon mountain mist farm winery & loved it. It was nice one of us could walk around the property with our son to keep him interested. This isn’t a commercialized winery like you’ll find on the main drag. Great wines, all made with fruit grown in their farm. The wine is $14.95/bottle. We bought 6, so John gave us $1.50/bottle off. They also offer jams, jelly’s & butter with fruit either grown on their farm or in the county. They were all $5.95 for 19-20oz. Jar. The biggest thing to know is they don’t take credit card! Check or cash only, so come prepared.

Beautiful Farm
Jul 2020 • Family
Adorable farm a little off the beaten path near Pigeon Forge where you can pick berries (blackberries, blueberries). It’s a beautiful area once you get to the farm. They also grow grapes and they have a winery with wines from their own fruit. We did a wine tasting and the wine was really good. We bought a couple to buy to drink while on vacation.

Take a nice drive back down the winding roads
Mar 2020 • Couples
We were staying down the road at the resort and I forgot to pack a bottle of wine. After a few drives to our cabin, we saw the sign for the “farm winery” so we decided to drive back in there.

We had zero expectations and were so happy we decided to follow the signs. The cutest older woman was working, moving cases of wine by herself because “the boys are out of town.” She was willing to answer any questions and provide samples. We bought a bottle of the Raspberry wine for $18. It’s perfect, sweet but just the right amount. The best Raspberry wine I’ve had.

The land around the barn where she was working has many fruit trees and they advertise that you can pick fruit too. We were there in the off season but it was still very cute!

Amazing venue
Jan 2020 • Couples
The venue was gorgeous for the wedding we recently performed there. We used the outside area for the ceremony against the backdrop of the mountains. The inside is decorated to the fullest with led icicle lighting hung throughout the barn. I was equally impressed with the care, service and pure hustle that the owner out in making sure the bridal party and clergy had everything needed.

We just happened to stumble upon a sign that led us to this little winery. We stopped in and tasted a few but like the raspberry wine the best. We also bought Peach Butter that was yummy too!!

The Perfect Experience
Sep 2019
If you are looking for an outdoor activity and a yummy adventure then this is the perfect place for you. Rows of delicious views and beautiful landscapes surround this wonderful farm. I was unlucky as to travel off season for strawberries, however; we were able to pick plenty of delicious raspberries, blackberries, and grapes. In addition to the tasty berries, they also provide delicious wine made with their very own grown berries. Honestly, you cant get any better. A couple suggestions are to bring sneakers or closed toes shoes, leggings or long pants, sunscreen, and bug spray, but above all have fun!!! (when we went it was $4 the pound, however i suggest you call ahead and verify whats available for picking and prices for the season)

berry picking time
Jun 2019 • Family
saw a sign in pigeon forge that said u-pick berries, couldn't pass this by. so we found the farm, the owner asked what we wanted to pick we told him raspberries and blackberries. he showed us what rows to pick and if that wasn't enough he pointed out others. we picked ,, of course there was bees , but they didn't sting us and we didn't swat them. I wanted to pick more but it was hot and other places to go. paid for the berries and ate! they were very sweet and juicy. If you get a chance stop and pick.

Sweet wines, friendly service
Jun 2019
Stopped by the winery on our trip to Gatlinburg. All of the wines are made by their fruit and are very sweet. John was very friendly and made sure we had a great time tasting!

Awesome blueberries & blackberries
Jul 2018 • Family
We picked 4 lbs of blueberries and 4 lbs of blackberries on 6 July. The blackberries made two pies and the blueberries made a torte and were gobbled up by our family reunion. The blueberry bushes were some of bigger I’ve encountered. The lower blackberry fields are just coming into full season. The blueberries will be at their peak in another 10 days. Spray yourself down with bug repellent before stepping out into the fields.
