We spent a very enjoyable morning at the Bush library. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the exhibits are fascinating and well done. For anyone like me who lived through that era, the museum is a great reminder of the highs and lows of those years. We had a four-year old grandson with us, and he liked the... More

The two hours we had allotted ourselves just flew by. Didn't expect it to be as interesting. Of course the 9-11 section was a fascinating review. Will go again as exhibits change,

We enjoyed the front seat view of an American president in the making. I learned much more about George and Barbara Bush than is commonly known to the public. From his days as a very young aircraft carrier pilot in WWII, to Yale as a young married veteran, to starting and building his own business in Midland TX, through his... More

We went to the Bush 41 Museum and it was fantastic. Regardless of our politics, this place had great exhibits from WWII and time with the government and time in Texas. I wish we could have seen him there. What a great place for history.

Professionally done. The Bushe's are there often and have an apartment above the library. Lots of research material from his era.

This was our first visit to a presidential library and we were amazed. We learned so much and what a great review of the history of our country while he was in office. I encourage all ages to visit if they get a chance.

I've visited four Presidential Libraries now, and this is the friendliest yet. There is a lot of George H.W. Bush history that I bet you don't know, including his time flying in WWII, the time he was shot down, and his rescue by a submarine. His family's move to Odessa is inspiring - they gave up everything to chase their... More

This was our second presidential library visit, with LBJ being the first. We felt this library portrayed George HW Bush well, just as the LBJ library portrayed him well. George Bush's resume is impressive: navy pilot, oilman, congressman, ambassador, CIA director, Vice President, before being elected president. So this library focused on all these aspects of his life and not... More
