I gifted the curry club experience to my friend for her birthday & we both had a brilliant night! The atmosphere was very relaxed, james & Autumn make you feel like you are just a group of friends that have popped in to cook supper with them! We both learnt so much & the curry was absolutely amazing then you all get to sit & eat together at the end of the evening! We will definitely be returning!

James and Autumn were fantastic! Such a fabulous afternoon creating tasty and delicious Mexican dishes. It was Christmas gift so chose this one as I love eating Mexican food. James and the team were very friendly and welcoming. The class itself was well set out and easy to follow. Some amazing tips and recipes. Cannot wait to come back. Thanks again guys

Myself and my partner were gifted a Mexican street food cooking course for my birthday and it was so much fun. I'd never done anything like that before and can't wait to book more in myself. The team were great and no washing up which was a bonus!! 1000% reccomend

Another great course under the expert tuition of James. Always enjoy going to the Kent Cookery School with a large range of courses to choose from to suit everyone. Spent the afternoon meeting new people, cooking good food and no washing up! Well looked after by Autumn & Pippa, cleaning up after us and making sure we had everything we wanted. Already looking at what to try next, and a voucher from Hubby is at the top of my Christmas wish list

I visited Kent Cookery School a couple of weeks ago on their sauces course with my Father and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. James (The Course Leader/Chef) is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable chef with a relaxed outlook on teaching. It was a great environment to learn and experiment in and the whole 6 hour course seemed to fly by. We learnt exactly what we came for and left very happy with our experience, the setting of the course is also very comfortable. I have been on courses before from well established names (Gordon Ramsey Kitchen Courses etc..) and this is by far my favourite. We will definitely be returning in 2024 and have recommended to all those that have asked.

Did the curry-to-go course. Good, fun couple of hours making curry from scratch. Chicken tikka masala and lemon rice wouldn’t have been my first choice of dishes to make, or eat, but I enjoyed making them. It’s nice to cook while being shown what to do and having to do no cleaning up! The only thing that put me off, is the cost of their gift vouchers. They don’t correlate to the prices of the courses. I was bought an £85 half day voucher for a birthday present from family. But all their half day courses are £65-£70. I have never seen this with any other company. This is clearly a way of making extra money. Plus there is a booking fee so the advertised rates aren’t correct and cost more at check out. Therefore I am left with an odd amount on my voucher of about £17. I could have used this on drinks they say, but I only drank water. Something from their shop? All too expensive. Put it towards another course and spend more money? I wonder how many people actually spend their full vouchers or are the school just pocketing the extra? If your courses are £70, just make the voucher match! Feel a bit ripped off because of this.

James and the team were so friendly and both courses we attended as a couple (Thai street food to go and vegetarian cooking) were thoroughly enjoyable. We learnt a lot as novice chefs and will attend more courses. Definitely recommended. Mike and Lucy Coutts.

Having received a voucher for Christmas, I finally booked the 'Thai Street Food to go' course. What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning. I was on my own but was welcomed and paired up with someone else and this helped to make the experience even better. James shows you the methods in steps and is at hand when you are making the items yourself. I loved the food we made and have since made the 'green curry' at home. My favourite thing was learning how to make spring rolls, really tasty and good fun to make. The kitchen is beautiful with high quality kitchen equipment and knives. It was great taking the food away ( we really enjoyed it at home that evening) and I am definitely looking to book another one for next year.

This is my 2nd visit to Kent Cookery School. A lovely warm welcome, excellent clear instruction and the opportunity to sit down and eat the AMAZING food YOU have just cooked! Meeting like-minded people for a fabulous evening - go on, you’re worth it! Just wish it was nearer to where I live!😀

This was a Christmas present from last year that I treated my family and their partners too. We decided to do the Indian cooking course with Hari. What an experience it was. Hari’s passion for Indian food was contagious. We all learnt so much. This is such a good way to spend time with family and friends. A big thank you to Autumn and James for creating something really special. We will be back!
