I've been to the Dallas Arboretum numerous times over the years (and during various seasons) but I'm always in awe of the beauty, attention to detail and of course the special festive events. My husband and I met some friends for the "Twelve Days of Christmas" for an evening stroll. It was fantastic and going during a week night vs.... More

They seem to me able to put on quite a display regardless of what the season may be. Beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to take your families photos.

We went to the Dallas Arboretum yesterday to walk around on our 30th wedding anniversary. The December day was perfect and the Monday Attendance was low giving us an enjoyable , quiet time to really savor the beauty of this Dallas landmark. The 12 days of Christmas exhibit was like no other I've ever seen!! Any time of the year... More

Enjoyed a great day here. So much to see. The gardens were decorated for Christmas so we were able to enjoy many extra sights. Our grandson enjoyed the many areas of hands-on activities. A great place to explore and see beautiful gardens.

There is a lot to see and do while the kids can run free. Beautiful at anytime of the year. Look for discounts coupons and plan on staying a while to see it all. Great gift shop too.

The Arboretum & Gardens is a perfect place to go mostly during Spring and Summer sunny days. It's on the shore of White Rock Lake so it has great views. In Spring they have Dallas Blooms, where thousands of bulbs start to bloom and there will be various entertaining settings throughout the garden. Its a great place to bring a... More

We had a lovely morning here. Just beautiful! It was very interesting being from a zone 2-3 growing climate seeing what can grow in a 9-10! Be aware that if you buy the city pass you still have to pay for parking $15.

We heard about the 12 Days of Christmas but didn't want to go at night so we went during the day not realizing it was a light show and you can't see that during the day. Despite that there was still 12 Christmas displays that were entertaining. Sadly with nothing really blooming in December but some pansies it wasn't AMAZING... More

I brought my uncle here this year when he came to visit with my aunt. He is from Australia where they have acclaimed botanical gardens. He was astounded by the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. He said he had never seen anything so spectacular or so vast. He was incredibly impressed so much so that when my dad came to... More
