I was so excited to have a chance to ride around downtown and get to know about the area and then decide where to get off and explore further. And, other reviews mentioned their drivers told them about the attractions. Our driver/conductor said not a word. We also had about a 15 minute delay at one stop because the trolley... More

Don't go on a Saturday! The Trolley takes forever to get to you, once it does you're literally pushing through people fighting to get on! Most of the time you will have to stand, its very crowded!

Riding the trolley is a fun way to see the downtown and uptown areas of Dallas--and it's free! Great way to see the sights and stopping where you want along the trolley route without the hassle of driving and finding parking. A roundtrip trolley ride takes about an hour.

I loved this trolley and riding it was an even better time than I expected. We roe the whole line, round the turntable, uptown to the parks and tall buildings in the center of Dallas and enjoyed the sights and smells of the city from its safety. It is a testament to human ingenuity and prowess to still have this... More

The trolley was a great way of getting the top end of the city. The driver we had stopped it to places to tell us about some of the history. Not sort if it was for just us or they do that every time . There is an app you can download so you can see where each trolley and... More

This was very exciting to see the old trolley's in operation, and the conductor was a gem who helped my granddaughter make the horn blow. A great way to get around and see this historic part of Dallas!

Rode the trolley on several occasions. Some are older than others but all very interesting. Fascinating to see turnaround at the main station. All the seats backs are turned to face the other direction. Can hop off and wait for the next trolley at any stop. Some staff are very friendly and amusing. Free to travel on.

Was looking for something cheap and fun to do out of the cold weather. We picked up the trolley and rode car #636. It was a fun hour tour. The only thing that would've made it better was to hear more about the history. It was cheap (free) and a fun ride!

This is a very fun and free way to see parts of Dallas. We stayed on for the entire route just to see everything, with no specific place to go.

This was my experience yesterday with a very, rude operator, I wonder if the conductor you had was ZACK?

The following occurred on August 6, 2015, trolley #754, and we arrived at the Main McKinney Station, where we exited at 8:43pm, and ZACH was the conductor along with another young, male conductor:

ZACK, our VERY YOUNG, male, operator and his young male companion, who also was on the trolley that my family and I, including YOUNG CHILDREN who were visiting from out-of-town, were in fear for our lives!! This young, male, full of testosterone was speeding and honking CONSTANTLY at EVERY pedestrian and car around us. I have lived in Uptown for 13 years and have been on the trolley a few times, prior to this incident...and THIS TIME, We were in fear for our safety and for the safety of all the other passengers inside the trolley...and for all the pedestrians and surrounding cars with people. We are in the process of not only complaining to the trolley company, we are also complaining to the Transportation Division 214.670.3161, with operators like ZACK, it's just a matter of time before someone seriously GETS HURT if not KILLED!!! I've read the other complaints, and it's obvious that there's a serious problem with SOME of the conductors!!! There are no seat belts, and this young, kid ZACK was SPEEDING!! Stay away, or if you like risking the safety of your loved ones, at least make sure you and your families lives are not in the hands of a YOUNG, HOT-HEADED MALE KID!! Please complain to ALL the appropriate authorities when you have an issue with this trolley company!!! When I asked (ZACK) for his name after we decided we chose to end our ride at the FIRST NEXT STOP... ZACK was VERY RUDE, and sarcastic to me, and told me that I could complaint to anyone that I wanted to, and yelled his name at me. This is unacceptable!!
