294 reviews
The circumstances of JFK’s assassination are controversial. During this guided tour, a historian helps you separate the facts, stories, and theories behind that pivotal day in 1963. Just responding to the guy who thought the Flying Saucer was a disaster: Why would you go to ANY Flying Saucer and order a MILLER LIGHT?

The restaurant/bar has a great selection of various beers and drinks (a separate menu, also recommend the steam beer). The staff is very respectful and knowledgeable about their selection.

Came in for a beer with my wife on a friday. We have not been here for about two years and wanted to relive the good times from our past visits. What a disaster. First my wife asked for a Miller Lite and our waiter came back and said they had run out. She decided on a Stella and the waiter came back and said we have no Stella. Third, my wife asked for a Corona and for the third fricking time he came back and said we don’t have any. What kind of bar is out if three main beers?!!! The service was as slow as a turtle with arthritis. I can’t blame the waiter. He tried his hardest but when you don’t have the product it makes you look bad. We spent no more than 30 minutes and left. We won’t be back!!!

Definitely a quirky place with the ceiling and walls lined with saucers...no, not the flying saucer kind, but chargers and dinner plates. The uniqueness aside, it's all about the beer and they have an excellent (beer) list. One side of the beer menu is dedicated to tap beers while the other is all cans and bottles....the emphasis is on craft beers, many that rotate, consisting of a number of Texas beers, but also from places around the US you may not find in your local Specs, Total Wine, or other retail beer stores around town. They also have a nice menu, which the only thing we was the chip and Queso with guacamole. To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed. The Queso and guacamole were pretty generic, but I won't beat them up for this. For me and my former co-worker who met there to catch up, it was about good conversation and good, craft beer and neither disappointed. Easy access off the Tollway and Beltline. Parking is ample. Seating is plentiful and broken up into different areas. Service was excellent. Ms. Brittany was cheerful, knew the beer menu well and she had a million dollar smile to boot (she's not 23...don't care what her driver's license says she still looks as old as my 14 year old daughter, LOL). Just a great overall experience. Can't wait to go back!!
